Trade in that cafesito for a cup of hot tea!
Starting my mornings off with a tea is essential to my routine because I feel like it starts my body! I tend to alternate between Yogi’s Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life, Yogi’s DeTox, Yogi’s Berry Detox or normal green tea.
I’m Colombian, so you know I LOVE my cafe, but for the amount I do in a day…week…month..I need all the energy I can get. Switching to tea in the morning has increased my energy level, helped my skin and hair, and assisted to me losing or maintaining my weight. So not drinking that cafesito in the morning? No biggie.

TIP: If you’re running late and didn’t have time for your tea or need a mid day pick me up,try Starbucks! They have a great menu of teas to choose from! My current favorite is Strawberry Acai with Coconut Water.
